I accept Blue Cross/ Blue Shield and Aetna products and original Medicare (Part B).

Otherwise, I am out of network.
Managed Medicare plans (Part C) may include out-of-network benefits.

My fee is $250 per 50-minute session.
I can provide a superbill for your submission to an insurance company.
